Payment via the Escrow Service
Thanks to the Chrono24 Escrow Service, your payment is fully covered. We keep your money in our escrow account for 14 days after delivery of your watch. Thus, you have time to carefully inspect your order knowing your money is safe in our account. Only then do we transfer payout to the dealer.

We keep your payment safe in our escrow account for up to 7 days after the day of delivery of your watch and we release your payment to the private seller.
Proof of ownership
Each private seller listing must pass an inspection before we publish it on our platform. As part of the inspection, the seller must provide proof of ownership in the form of two pictures of the watch set to specific times.
